My Best Nick Fury Impression & More
Well, that was a heck of a way to end my 28th year on the planet. I got a tree branch in the eye while riding my bike earlier this week and suffered a severe corneal abrasion. But have no fear, my vision has returned and I am vigorously removing any possibility of infection. So yeah, I had to wear an eye-patch when I was out in public most of the week as to avoid any sun damage or dust contamination and I really grew into it once I thought of Nick Fury (Mostly the regular 616 incarnation of the character, but to a degree the Samuel L. Jackson likeness Ultimate version). At first all I could think of was pirates and that really bothered me. I haven't watched those movies. I don't think the jokes are funny. I think the only thing I approve of that has pirate involvement is the "SpongeBob Squarepants" theme song... So the thought of Fury helped me sport this accessory with confidence and frankly, I DO see the resemblance.
